John Gochberg

John Gochberg joined TGM in 2000 as an acquisitions analyst and was an acquisitions officer from 2001 to 2003 when he became Director of Operations for TGM’s property management group. Mr. Gochberg assumed responsibility for asset and property management on an interim basis and was confirmed in 2005 as Director of Property Management.

Prior to joining TGM’s staff, Mr. Gochberg from 1992 to 2000 was a member of the United States Sailing Team .

He attended the University of Maryland/St. Mary’s College in St. Mary’s, Maryland, and the University of Miami Business School in Coral Gables, Florida.
