Clifford Wolf

Clifford Wolf joined TGM in January 2007 as a Senior Acquisitions Officer and is a member of the TGM Investment Committee. Mr. Wolf previously worked with the principal partners of TGM at Smith Barney Real Estate Corporation and its successor companies starting in 1983.

Mr. Wolf graduated cum laude from New York University, where he majored in Economics. He received a law degree from Columbia University School of Law, and was a real estate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison before joining Smith Barney Real Estate Corporation. During his 10-year tenure at Smith Barney and its successor companies, he was a Senior Acquisition Officer for retail and multifamily properties and a member of the Investment Committee.

In 1992, Mr. Wolf founded and was CEO of a national chain of retail jewelry stores. After selling the company in 2001, he was a principal and president of Juniper Development, LLC, an integrated real estate company investing in and operating a diverse portfolio throughout the United States, including residential properties in Arizona, and commercial office buildings, residential, and retail properties in New York State.
