Drury Ghegan joined TGM in 2002 as the
Regional Asset Manager responsible for the firm's
management operations in the Atlanta Region.From
1998 through 2001 Mr. Ghegan was Vice President of The
Hallmark Companies. He was responsible for 26
apartment communities, located in Georgia, South
Carolina, Mississippi, Virginia, Tennessee and
Maryland. The apartment communities total 3,250
apartments.
From 1985 through 1997 Mr. Ghegan served as
Regional Vice President with Sentinel Real Estate
Corporation, the successor to Security Capital Real
Estate Corporation, where he worked with Mr. Macy.
His then responsibilities included management of 43
apartment communities totaling approximately 13,000
apartments, located in Texas, Tennessee, Virginia,
North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
From 1974 through 1985 Mr. Ghegan was
President of McKinney Management Associates, Inc. He
had management responsibilities for nine properties
totaling 2,035 apartments.
From 1972 through 1974 Mr. Ghegan served as
Property Manager with Adair Realty Company.
Mr. Ghegan has extensive experience in
acquisitions, major renovations and lease-up of new
properties. He is experienced in commercial,
industrial and retail properties as well.
Mr. Ghegan is a member of the Institute of
Real Estate Management and holds the Institute's
Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Mr.
Ghegan served on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta
and Georgia Apartment Associations from 1988 to 1997
and served as President of the Atlanta Apartment
Association in 1995. He also served on the Board of
Directors of the National Apartment Association from
1995 to 1997.
Mr. Ghegan holds a Master of Business
Administration from Georgia State University and a
Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Georgia.
